Radiant Rebirth Retreat Booking & Payment Process
We’re so honored you're joining us for a life-changing experience. Below is our booking and payment policy to ensure clarity for your journey.
1. Reservation & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

This deposit secures your space and is transferable to another Radiant Rebirth retreat within 12 months, should you need to reschedule.
2. Payment Options
We offer flexible payment plans to support your commitment.

If you choose a payment plan, your remaining balance will be prorated based on your booking date.

All balances must be paid in full no later than 60 days before the retreat.

A $25 late fee will be charged for any missed or delayed payments.

Failure to complete full payment within 60 days may result in loss of your spot without refund.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to honor our venue and travel commitments.

More than 6 months before the retreat: Full refund will be issued excluding deposit amount. The deposit may be transferred to another retreat within 12 months.

6 months before the retreat: 50% of payments (excluding deposit) will be refunded.

Within 90 days of the retreat start date: No refunds can be issued.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future retreat within one year.
4. Travel & Flight Details

Final payment is due 60 days before the retreat.

Upon final payment, we require your flight itinerary so we can coordinate airport transfers and ensure a smooth arrival.

Failure to provide flight information may result in a missed transfer window.
If your travel investment is significant, and you can't afford to miss out on this trip, we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. This is especially crucial for international travel. Look for plans that include trip cancellation/interruption, emergency medical and evacuation, and baggage loss coverage.
